Daily Carbs

I'm having trouble meeting my daily carbohydrate goal according to MFP. I get plenty of protein (usually way over) and fat, but I don't think I've hit my carbohydrate goal once. I run about 20 miles per week, so I know that I need to eat more carbohydrates, but can't seem to find them in foods that I like. I don't eat wheat or sugar. Any suggestions on carb rich foods that won't send me over my calorie goal (1200)?

Do you eat beans? Those are some great carbs. Also, fruit rules. (I didn't know if you were counting fruit as a sugar)0
