so i guess i'll start off by saying before i move out next year i want to be at around 150/180 that means i got out of the 200's im 18 and weigh 256. im done feeling like crap because my weight. its not so much the things people say about me i could care less i just want to be chubby and not fat :)

    hi!! im also new to this!!! i know exactly how you feel. i have been trying so many different diets but i never kept track of my calories like i am doing now and i wouldn't be anywhere close to as organized with it if it weren't for mfp. i also love the support on here..... wish you luck! im 278 and i so want to change this before next year.... #we can do this :)

    Previous Weigh-in 228.9 - (Sept. 19, 2011) I wasn't sure how to take that 1 lb! :sad:

    At first I was only getting a moderate amount of exercise, because of a back & shoulder injury.
    I am more modivated now.
    I love to walk. I must not overdo it. I must rest my sciatica!
    I am still learning what my limits are.
