Thinking of joining and I was wondering if there's any current members out there and what do you think about it.

    If you don't mind "offensive" language and being accountable for your excuses, its pretty good. The guy who runs it is a marmite kinda guy. He seems to offend a lot of people, but others love him. I find his methods okay - it does make me take a hard look at my choices and the accuracy of my food tracking.

    I find the resources useful. Especially the step videos because I struggle to do 10k and they are more fun than marching on the spot. Their protein powders are the best I've had. The groups are useful for meal ideas and his plan clearly works for a lot of people.

    My only criticism is that he doesn't account for anomalies or unusual circumstances. For example, I've had a gastric band and lost a lot of weight (including a lot of muscle) very quickly. I've gained fat again, but not much muscle. So I don't burn calories at the rate I did pre-surgery. I find if I eat a bit less than he recommends for my stats, its fine, but he doesn't accept that people can differ from his formulas.

    Thanks for that Catherine. I think I will see how I go on MFP for a month and see what I think then
