Hi there, I’m reducing my meat intake on weekdays and was wondering if you had any tried and tested veggie recipes that you love? Preferably high protein as I exercise too!

Use hummus as a pasta sauce.
Seriously, it is really good. You can use any type of pasta. Once the pasta is cooked, save some of the pasta water, then combine the pasta and hummus. Use the pasta water to thin it out as needed. You can use any flavor of hummus too. I usually add different veggies depending on what I feel like.3 -
