    I’m 42 will be 43 16 Jan. I would like to lose 10 pounds. I’m a short gal 5 foot so the weight shows a bit. I’m eating about 1,300 cals a day but I think lack of sleep is also my issue.

    My weight has fluctuated a lot. In 2020 my mother died and I stopped eating. So I naturally lost a lot of weight. But was not healthy. I then gained it all back a year later and more. So yeah I need any tips that you can give ha ha

    Definitely interested. Turned 40 last year. Have about 20kg to lose. Been diagnosed with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Definitely need to make some changes.

    I'm 41, have lost 150lb but have struggled up and down the same 20lb for last few years instead of getting permanently rid of 50-80 more pounds.

    I've already lost my mum. She had strokes in her late 30's that were untreated as docs told her it's just a headache (and ignored other stroke symptoms) and to go lay down. She developed vascular Alzheimer's and epilepsy

    I have high cholesterol that they think is an inherited type but it's 0.5 below the cut off for specialist and high blood pressure that they are ignoring 🤷🏻‍♀️

    I don't want to end up like my mum so trying to clean up my act again since I already have several autoimmune conditions along with two special needs kids

    Greetings, I'm 48 and need to lose 45lbs. I am a thyroid cancer survivor and it's really hard to get this weight off! My body has been wanting real foods for awhile. I've just started to listen to it. Recently, my cholesterol has been up and even my blood pressure. These are issues, I tend not to have.
    I have been working out for awhile, but still no weight loss!
    I go to the Y, lift weights, stretch, yoga, and started jogging slightly. More or less, healthy choices and lifestyle changes are key!
    I'm here for new friends and a support system.

    I’m 45 I would love to start by loosing 20 pounds. Once I do that I wan to see how I look feel to get back in the 160’s then I will see if I want to loose another 20-30 to get down to 130. My mom’s health is getting worse and I just don’t want to go down the same path.

    I’ve just hit the big 40 and really wanting to lose the last 2 stone since gaining a lot of weight on my last pregnancy 3 years ago! I’ve lost myself completely and want my confidence back and this stubborn weight to go! Looking for friends to add me to support each other ❤️

    I'm turning 40 this year and gained a bunch of weight over some stressful years. Hoping to lose 28-35lbs. Please send a friend request. I've found supportive friends on here motivating, and hopefully I do the same! My plan is an average of 1500 calories a day, 90g protein, 20g fibre, 10000 steps and working out on weekdays doing pilates, yoga, kettle bells and kickboxing.

    I’m definitely looking for some friends through this weight loss journey. I’m female age 40.. 155 lb ( Ive been at this weight for 10 years).. I’d like to weigh about 130 lb I’m going to try low carb high protein. Ive been going strong this week but looking for others success stories to begin really refining what I’m taking in. Vitamins: Morning fish oil, prenatal and fiber.. Night time: Magnesium and blood pressure meds For those Females in their 40s who have lost at least 20LBs or higher.. What did you find assisted in your weight loss ( like a good go to from a food perspective?) Thanks in advance!
