Turbo Fire finishers...

When did you start seeing the most weight come off or a change in your body? I got down to my lowest weight of 146 (back to 155 now) during the hybrid of CLX/TF when it was mostly HIIT workouts (week 8+, is it?).

When should I start seeing more results this time around? My diet is getting cleaner and cleaner, btw. :wink:

    I did TurboFire the full 20 weeks. Then I am now doing Chalene Extreme. I think without the cardio in TurboFire that I am not eating as well as I should so not losing weight. I am just maintaining. I haven't eaten as clean as I should so though. I am really good at working out but just now learning to watch what I eat. So I guess I didn't really answer your questions! Whoops!

    When I did Turbofire it took me 6 weeks to lose 10lbs and reach my goal weight. I also used Shakeology for my breakfast but Turbo burned some serious calories!!!

    I'm in week three of Turbo Fire, and I've actually lost some muscle tone.....I was doing a lot of yoga and power walking. Now, with the cooler, rainier weather, I thought Turbo Fire would be a great work out! Well, I'm not losing anything! I will stick it out.....thanks for the info. I suppose I need to stick with it a few more weeks to see some improvement.
