Hard to do both at the same time. What is your height and weight?

    Thicker?

What is it exactly that you're trying to achieve? If you are looking to lose fat in your belly, you have to lose fat all over. You can't target certain body parts for fat loss. If "thicker" means adding fat, your body is going to put it where it wants to put it.

If you're looking to add muscle mass, do strength training. If you are also trying to lose fat (be in a caloric deficit) it will be slower for sure, and it's not that fast to start with.

    What are your specific goals?

Strength training of some kind is the best way to “thicken” those fun areas and lean out areas such as your tummy. However diet is crucial- you were a bit vague, but it sounds like you’d want to eat at maintenance calories to do a body recomp. (That means you’d lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.)

There are several threads about body recomp including some about beginner strength programs to try, so I recommend browsing those. For someone who is already at a healthy weight but is a newbie to strength training, a body recomp can work VERY well. For someone who is a more advanced weight lifter, a body recomp can be excruciatingly slow.

These are just general suggestions, of course. Your unique physique, situation, and goals mean you may need to tweak things to make them work for you.
