im danielle 22 i have a 1 yr old daughter and im trying to get fit and lose my baby weight =]

im 5'3 and weigh 150 i want to get down to 120 maybe later 115!!!

    There is no better time to do it than now, your young and the weight will come off fairly easy once you start your regimen. Feel free to add me, and remember it gets harder the older you get, take it from me. I will probably never see 115 again. But Im happy that I decided to get it right now. Good Eating!

    thanks and yes im trying to stay with it ive cut out junk food and soda!

    Good tryin to cut the soda out. Some people can have 4 or 5 a day, or more.

    I think it goes unnoticed the amount of calories people drink..they don't really take into account juices, or fancy coffees and stuff that they consume multiple times a day. That's an extra 200-500 calories (or more), it's often overlooked. That alone is enough to take you from losing 1lb a week, to maintaining the same weight.

    But for sure it's a good start.
