I'm trying to learn about nutrition and getting the right amount of nutrition and getting my answers cuz I'm so confused I don't know the reason why I'm doing the MyFitnessPal is so that I can make sure that I'm eating enough and having the right amount of calories and watching my carbs I am unsure so it would be nice to meet people and have people help me

And to be in a supportive environment cuz I always have questions about how to weigh way things and sometimes recipes don't always have the nutrition facts with it so that gets frustrating for me like for instance I'm having my breakfast right now a half of a avocado do I get the accurate amount of calories and carbs without the skin 2.2 Oz I look online and it says more calories but that has to be cuz there's skin on it right and when I try to look up my information it comes up with all kinds of calories on MyFitnessPal and I don't know which one to pick to put on my diary food diary0

I think you can get a lot of good information here but it is really difficult to read what you write because you do not use any punctuation and you use nonstandard words like cuz and because it is too hard to understand what you are looking for so I cannot know what it is you are looking for maybe you could be a little more specific and people would be happy to help otherwise I wish you much success in all your endeavors0
