Exercise as an appetite suppressant?

I have noticed that I am less hungry (not more hungry) when I exercise.

Yesterday I was starving for the entire day. I only had 400 calories left and I was starving before I went to my tennis lesson. I didn't eat dinner until 90 minutes after the lesson. Today the same thing. I have also found it is easier to stay in my calorie budget if I have done some intense cardio on the same day.

Does anyone find the same thing?

Yes, I can't/don't want to eat for at least an hour after exercise.

yes, I was hungry tonight but only had like 200 cals to go. so I ate a 100 cal coco almonds- I then went for a run to add 300 cals because of that I went to 400 cals and felt better. I also was more motivated to eat healthier and felt better.

It depends on how much I burn. If I'm at the gym for 90 minutes to 2 hours and burn 700 - 1000 calories, then I get really hungry later in the day. If I burn anything under 500 calories, it usually makes me less hungry.

It also depends on the intensity of the exercise. Heavy strength-training mixed with high intensity cardio will make me a bottomless pit.

I agree, exercise kills my appetite for an hour or so afterwards and I am not as hungry for the rest of the day.

Yup, exercise supresses my appetite too.
