    Welcome!

If you are brand new, try the free version for a while first. If you want to give the premium options a try, first get familiar with what's already available, then do the free one-month trial. You might like it and continue.

When you add a food to your diary, it should have nutrients associated with it - macros. The database was created by users, though, so some of the entries aren't complete. They might only have calories. If that's the case, look for another entry that also has protein, fats, and carbs.

Mostly, just stick to it. Success is yours if you make good goals and pursue them and don't quit. The trick is to STICK TO IT.

On the free app, after you add your food to the diary, you can turn your phone sideways and it will show totals for calories, fibre, fat, protein, sodium, sugar.
