Hi everyone I thought id share my before and after photos with you all, I started at 16 stone 1 and I am now 10 stone 8, hoping to lose another 8lb 5f27ddfmeglk.jpeg

    Thats brilliant and the 16.1 is the exact weight I am now. Good to aee it is possible, I want it to happed like yesterday though 🙄

    Hi I started may 2022 🙂 little gains here and there around holidays but I always got stuck back in it, you can do it 💪
