Hi all. I’m not new to my fitness pal. I have been a member for years. I’m 4 months post weight loss surgery and I still have at least 50 more pounds to lose in order to get to my goal. I am hoping to get encouragement from this community and others.

Hey there! Seems the WLS folks on this forum aren’t very common or active… I’m pre-op and using MFP to track foods and create better habits, and especially to be sure I am hitting my protein goals.0

I am 10 years post op form a Gastric sleeve. It is not a permeant fix but a tool to help you get the ball rolling and help you learn better behaviors. I started at 400lbs. After surgery I made it to 180. It took a while and a lot of work but I got there. I have since crept back up as I stopped doing what I needed to do in order to keep it off. I have been back at it for the past several months and am steadily loosing again.
If you have any questions feel free to ask. I am an open book. There is not a big (or any) WLS following here. I haven't talked to many people that have had it on here.0 -
I was sleeved last year on 10 May and login daily to track my food. Feel free to add me for support! I'm down 95 pounds so far.0
