What does your typical day look like?

    i am set at active. i get up at 7am and get 2 kids ready for the day. i take my daughter to school and then go to the gym for an hour. i then drop my son off at daycare go home and get ready for work. i am a bartender/waitress and work about 4 hrs tues-thurs. and about 10hrs mon and friday. i get off of work pick kids up from daycare. go home and cook dinner, run errands, clean up the house. then put the kids to bed and i get on the computer to do homework then off to bed! :)

    love it lol! No wonder you are burning 3000 calories a day woman!!! lol

    I have mine set to active. I'm a mom of 4 and I work out daily 1- 4 hours. Occasionally a longer bike ride on a Saturday.

    edit: oh man, you clean your house?? I hate cleaning my house. ha :)

    I think I'm set to active, found I was still starving at that calorie level and bumped up to very active. I think. Too lazy to look (is that ironic?)

    I train horses, so I wake up and feed horses and then do some combination of riding and other random physical tasks. I'm on my feet or in a saddle all day, 50-60 hours/week.

    typical day: i get up at about 6:30am, get 4 kids ready and off to school, usually come right home and either workout at home or practice yoga at a nearby studio, do lots of house work, gardening, other errands/grocery shopping, etc..., pick up kids, take to other activities, walk dog, help make dinner, more house work, help with homework, clean kitchen, then eventually get to kick back for maybe an hour after kids are off To Bed (sigh!).

    Wake up get my son ready for school drop the lil one with the babysitter go workout 30 min go to work I'm a waitress work from 11 to 5 Tuesday to Saturday once I'm off work pick up the kids come home cook clean and a exercise a bit more ; )
