Personally, I started at 250lbs, and I'm working to get to 150 lbs. I've lost about 82 lbs so far. All I'm doing is the calorie counting7

Can't work it out in pounds but I started out at 14.5st at my heaviest, took around 7 months to get down to 11st.
Since then *about 3 years ago* I have yoyoed (🤔 that doesn't look like a word but I know what I mean) between 11.5st and 13st.
Last time I weighed myself (sunday just gone) i was 12st12lbs 😳.
Goal is back to 11st then I really need to work out how to maintain properly coz I'm sick of all the yoyoing (again.. !??!)
I'm sticking to 1300cals and trying to exersise for 30-60mins per day.

I got to 7lbs away and started messing around. I've been in an eternal plateau between 119 and 116 for months now. Need to work harder.3 -
SW: 145 lbs
CW: 127 lbs
GW: 120 lbs
I have been maintaining for a few months. To drop the last few I will have to be very dedicated.2 -
Starting weight was 218.6
Current weight is 191.4
Ultimate goal weight is 150 ish
My first goal was onederland (below 200). I then have mini goals of 5 lbs. This keeps me motivated because the next 5 lbs down is always within reach.
I'm not exercising yet. I've lost the weight so far just staying in a calorie deficit.

I had my first baby Oct 2018 and gained about 50-60 pounds during my pregnancy. I lost some after my baby was born but I’ve been hanging out around 220 for several months now. My current goal is 180, which was my pre-pregnancy weight.0 -

I've hit 106 before with logging and sticking to 2 - 45 min HIIT sessions with an hour long cardio tossed in 1 to 2 times each week, but life has been a little hectic since the first of the year and I slacked on both logging and exercise. Getting back to it now and hope to whittle down by the end of the year.0 -

GW 200? (more interested in body fat than a final weight, honestly)
I got down to about where I am now about 5 years ago, then fell back into bad habit as work/life/the universe got super stressful. Mostly, I'm calorie counting. I'm also back into running (currently training for a half marathon), although that's more for cardiovascular health than weight.0 -
My starting weight was 220 @ 5'10"...I never had a scale weight as a goal as that always seemed fairly arbitrary to me and I had no idea what I would look like at any particular weight. I wasn't interested in being super lean or having a six pack or anything like that...I just didn't want a pronounced belly or love handles. I got what I was looking for at around 180 Lbs and have maintained that for the most part for over 6 years.0

Staying within my calorie range and working out 6x a week. 1 hr workdays/2 hrs days off. I’ve been focusing more on cardio to lose weight and it’s been pretty productive the last 2 months.1 -

My whole story would be too long, but basically I've been maintaining in the 170-180 range for about six years and currently working on getting back to my lowest (160s) after most of my life being in the high 200s. Eating within calorie goals and hiking/walking a lot. Currently cutting out alcohol and limiting sugar slightly. Nothing too major.1 -

Going to take the body composition approach here since my path hasn’t been linear…
Started on MFP at 230lb with ~ 25% bf
Down to 181 @ 15%
Up to 200 @ 18%
Down to 185 @ 13%
Up to 227 @ 22%
Currently at 202 @ 15%
So basically I’m up about 15-20lb lean muscle over the course of 8 years…0
