Freeze some on a pan, collect and put them in a bag for the freezer... take them out when you are ready for a super-awesome SMOOTHIE for breakfast!
  • Yep, I use frozen rasperries to make amazing smoothies =)

Depends how many you have, I mix 100grams into my vanilla yogurt to start many a morning, or add them to a bowl of cereal (really spruces up plain ol' oatmeal) I had 30 lbs of them so I made a couple batches of jam, some freezer jam and some cooked.

I add frozen rasberries to my oats every morning, instead of sugar.

    Rinse repeat.

I just freeze them and eat them as snacks. One of my favorite snacks actually!
  • I usually combine them with whip cream and my girlfriend. its great, because its fun using your tongue to eat them without hands. The night usually ends pretty good too, if a know what i mean :)

Raspberry pavlova - usually made with meringue and cream but I am sure there must be a low fat recipe somewhere for it !

I would make raspberry brownies/cake using one of those recipes that uses courgette and apple sauce for moisture and sweetness, and throw them in too.
  • If you have a lot, like a pound, you can make your own raspberry marmelade.
