Hi Neighbors!

I wasn’t sure that I wanted to be vocal or active in the community but, I’ve decided that my lovely neighbors are on the same similar journey as I, and we can learn from one another. I’m Fisher, started weight was 285.4. I’ve been on this app for about 2 weeks and I love seeing what I am REALLY eating. I weighed myself this morning and I’m down 10.8 lbs. I’m excited and I am ready for this. How do you stay motivated/consistent? What works for you?

    I remember why I started this. Why I wanted to do this at all. I remember my WHY. It keeps me going. I don’t want to live the way I was living again. I much prefer this new lifestyle. So I keep going. Everyday. Everyday I make small goals that align with my long term goals. Everyday is a new day to practice living healthy 🤗 good luck on your journey.
