The math works out on their calculations:

    Per 100g:
    5.5g fat (5.5 x 9 = 49.5 kcal)
    6.1g carb (6.1 x 4 = 24.4 kcal)
    24g protein (24 x 4 = 96 kcal)
    49.5+24.4+96 = 169.9 kcal (Pack reads 170kcal per 100g)

    Per 1/2 pack:
    8.1g fat (8.1 x 9 = 72.9 kcal)
    9.0g carb (9.0 x 4 = 36 kcal)
    35.3g protein (35.3 x 4 =141.2 kcal)
    72.9+36+141.2 = 250.1 kcal (Pack reads 250kcal per 1/2 pack)

    However, I see your complaint:

    380g/100g = 3.8 100g servings per pack

1/2 pack therefore should be 1.9 100g servings

    1.9 100g servings x 170kcal (per 100g) = 323 kcal (vs. their reported 1/2 pack total of 250 kcal)

Mistakes like this do happen in packaging/labeling.

The best way to ensure that you are not eating more (or fewer) calories/macronutrients than you intend is to get a kitchen scale and weigh out the portion of food that you are serving to yourself.

Then, if you weigh out 190g, you can assume that you are eating ~323 kcal.

If you instead rely on eyeballing/estimating that you are eating half a pack, you could be consuming more calories than you intend.

    Buyer beware.
