Ever since I started working out about 2 months ago i've been getting these little bumps on my forehead. They're just these little "acne" bumps but they won't go away. I"ve tried benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid but they don't do anything. Anyone else have this problem and what did you do to get rid of them?
(I used to work out in the past and never had this problem before. :grumble: )

I have the same thing! I went to CVS a few days ago and got some detoxifying face wipes. I started using them immediately after every work out. ( I work out during my breaks at work and have no time to shower ) They have helped.0

I was getting some stuff like this too... I think the key is that you can't wait too long before showering after a workout. Also, if you can afford it look into picking up a clarsonic - it changed my life.. it isn't cheap but the upkeep is pretty low and I love love love mine.0

Acne gets worse when you have more bacteria on your body. Bacteria grow well in sweat, even if it's dried. Showering soon after you work out may reduce the severity of this problem. For me, benzoyl peroxide has never worked well. A facial cleanser with 2 % salicylic acid or a moisturize with .5 % salicylic acid work well.0

You could try skin care from exposed, its one of the best available today. Also invest in a good cleanser which would help the cause a lot.
