Hello Ladies! This is the final stretch of September and while this has been a slow month, I want to say that HALF of the battle of weight loss is dedication and discipline, which you have shown by sticking with me and this challenge. Realistically, we will not always do our best because we are human. However, we must at least try! So thanks for trying...now...let's take this week to recondition our mind and bodies in terms of totally getting back on track, so that October can be a much better month. Much Love!!!!!

If you have done Week 4 up through this point, that's fine...just finish up with Week 5. I forgot about that short week that we had starting September 1st.

I wrote a long post on my phone and I lost the webpage :( I basically said I've done all pygmy challenges this week except crunches which ill do tomorrow!
  • Well everyone, today is the 30th. Challenge done!

My final weight is 164.4. I made it under my goal of 165 pounds. Woo Hoo!

I lost a total of 14.38" in August and 15.88" in September for a total of over 30" lost in the two months that we have been doing the challenges. My BMI is currently 26.1 (very close to a normal 25.0 or less) and my body fat percentage has dropped from 40.0% to 37.5%. I cannot say enough how excited I am and proud of myself for not giving up!

Thank you so much Team Chisulo and Flab to Fab!! You guys have been an inspiration and I hope that you continue to keep me on your friends list as though this challenge may be over, my journey is not. Good luck everyone and God Bless! Kim
  • Week 5 Done !! Under cals each day and over on water. 400 Crunches for the week and final weigh on at 225.
