Introduce yourself

Hi I have been using mfp on and off for a while and just realized I can do more than just track food. I can always use some support.
I have had weight issues my whole life. Lost a lot and gained a lot over my life span.
I am married with 3 kids 22, 20 and 13.
I started my newest weight loss journey last May. Its been a struggle but I am down 30 pounds. I HAVE A LOT MORE to go. I am trying to take it one day at a time. I know I have become this weight over years and I am trying to just not give up. My relationship with food is not good and My self esteem and Self worth is not either. I am trying to be an over all healthier person and find support in those good days as well as bad days.
