You should log your workout, and then MFP will adjust your calorie goal. Try to get close to your goal.0

Yes, you should. Be realistic with the workout calories though as those tend to me a bit overstated at times. If you're uncertain about calories you can provide us with more information, your current stats and what you did for how long.0

Assuming you set your MFP activity level as per instructions, i.e., just including your daily life activities (but not intentional exercise) . . . then yes, log your exercise and eat back at least a fair fraction of those calories, too.
Some people worry that exercise calories are over-estimated, so eat back only a certain percent, like 50-75%, until they figure out whether they're losing weight at something around the expected rate as averaged over 4-6 weeks.0
