Hello I am looking for some supporters on this juorney of finding a new me I weigh 256 and am looking to weigh around 155 or 165 I know i have a long road a head of me but i am doing this for my self my sons and my husband and grandchild.

    Hi B and B! Welcome....I just recently joined myself (over the weekend) and started in putting my meals, water, et.c on Sunday...it was a wake up call for me. I "thought" I wasn't eating that much and only snacking...well, that snacking led to a big calorie intake (900 calories over my alloted 1200 a day)> Don't get discouraged and take it 1 day at a time. There is sooo much support on this site and the ppl are great! Reach out for help or encouragement when you need it and I'm sure you'll reach your goal! Again, welcome and enjoy the ride!
