Hello,
Serious tracker here, well, at least for this week. I have about 80lbs to lose and plan to do it slow and steady while working out 4x/week. Looking for friends that have built healthy habits and are willing to share some tips on staying focused. My friend population is body positive, LGBTQIA friendly and inclusive. Flare14 is my UN.

Hi, sounds like I’m in the same boat as you, I’ve been on the calorie deficit plan (1550 cal for me) for almost 2wks now. I’ve have a shed load to lose so it’s gonna be a long haul, but I need to do it mainly for my health… I have some mobility issues and chronic pain syndrome so I can’t work out yet, as work is enough for me atm, but the plan is to lose the weight so in the future I can work out and have less pain/better health. LGBTQ friendly also. I’m in the UK, would be nice to have some like minded friends 👍 best wishes

I am with you here, but it would be a lot easier if the website did not keep going wrong, I can't delete foods or change the day at the moment

    Thank you for your comments.
I refocused my efforts starting in 2024. 35%P_35%F_30%C_1510 calories.
Seems to be a more sustainable mix for me.

Is it a zombie thread if you resurrect a thread which you created? lol

I don't think so. I think it's a status update. I like hearing how things are going for people.

@Flare14, thank you for the update. How have things being going with your health and weight loss goals this time around? I hope the new macro goals have made things easier and more successful for you?

The dates on your profile look like you joined MFP shortly after I did, maybe. (I joined MFP on 7/25/2015, Community on 7/26/2015.)
