    How I eat doesn't directly have anything much to do with my workouts?

    I certainly wouldn't choose between those two options, anyway. I'm shooting for overall good nutrition (balanced macros, protein on the higher side, MUFAs and PUFAs not just sat fats, some O-3s not just O-6s, really large amounts of varied and colorful veggies/fruits, so plenty of micros, fiber, probiotic and prebiotic foods, beneficial phytochemicals . . . as much of my nutrients as possible from food, rather than from supplements. Oh, yeah, and appropriate calories.

    Sure, nutrition is important for health, and healthy eating supports good workouts.

    Workouts? I like fun workouts.

    Yeah, I don't understand the poll options, but the question is: do you WANT to workout? If so, what do you like to do? If you don't know, try lots of things and give them enough time to decide if you like it or not.

    Really, other than that, we need more info from you if you want help.

    I only stopped eating green junk food....

    But what's that got to do with starting workouts?

    I find it hard to eat junk food OR greens while I'm working out. Maybe I'm doing it wrong.
