This morning while driving I pulled up at the mc donalds and asked for a mocha latte. I was served one with whipped cream.The minute I had it in my hand I saw the red 90 grams sugar from yesterday logging starring at me. I pulled up my car to the dustbin and trashed it. Thank you myfitnesspal my weightloss journey has begun.
