Alright!!! Would anyone like to join me in October for a Walk Away the Pounds Challenge! At least 2 miles everyday for the entire month! We can do this together, "NOT OLD, JUST BOLD!"

Thats a little steep everyday just doesn't seem to be doable I walk 2 miles a day 4-5 times a week with school & full time work thats even a lot.0

Perhaps we read the topic wrong...Is this for people over 50 only? If so us "younger" chickens can make another group. I was just wondering after I read a few post on the thread. Let me know..either way good luck!0
