God is the difference for me this time. I've always tried to do it on my own and failed every time. When I asked Him to help me suddenly I'm successful. He is strong for me when i am weak.

I'm so proud of you and happy that I have you as a friend. When I was having a difficult time with C25K knowing that you completed helped me pressed on and I'm happy to say that I graduated the program last week. Your amazing weight loss is so encouraging. Keep up the great work!!!
