Hello Lovely Ladies-

Tomorrow I am going to start the 30 day shred again and try my best to do it every day for 30 days. (sometimes i skip if i end up working out for 2 hours on my own and get burned out).

But if anyone wants to join and do it with me let me know! :)

    I just started yesterday. I'd love to join too! My goal is to do it every day too, but I have a 4 1/2 month old, so some days might be hard to fit it in, but I am going to do my absolute best! Good luck to everyone!

  • I would love to do it as well. I've tried before and got burnt out on it but the success stories on here are amazing for it! It's definitely effective! Are you planning to do other cardio/workouts in combination with it?

    I'd love to join you! Screwed off last week (food and exercise wise) and I'm pretty pissed at myself. Tomorrow is a new day and I'm going to start my 30 DS again too! Something's gotta give here!!

    I am starting today. I just got mine in the mail today! Now do you only do the 20 minutes?? Not sure how it works...there is suppose to be a beginning, intermediate and advanced...And each are like 20 minutes?? right??

    It's L1, L2,L3 typically you do each level for 10 days = 30 days. However, alot of people go on to the next level (ex L1 to L2) when they feel they've outgrown the level their doing :) hth

    i'm in i started today. i'm in it for everyday but i have four kids 11years, 3years 20 months and 10 weeks so i may miss the odd day but gonna try my best as this looks amazing.

    For those that asked- it recommends you start at level 1 and only progress when you feel your ready.

    I personally do more than just the 30 day shred which is why I get burned out sometimes. I usually take classs at my gym in the morning but want to start doing the dvd at night since its only 20 min! :) Lets do this!! :) xoxoxo

    Thank you! We shall see. I'm use to Jillian...I have her yoga, biggest loser last chance workout, etc... So I'll start with L1 and see how I do ;-)
  • Just wondering (as I woke up soo sore today), should we designate a 'rest day' ? I think it's good to at least have 1 day to let our muscles recouperate... What do you think?

    Its completely up to you- you have to listen to your body. Some people go every single day never stopping throughout the 30 days. I tend to have a few breaks because like you I always give my self Sunday to recover (and its highly recommended for weight loss by my trainer). Also if I end up having an intense workout somewhere else I may not always get around to doing the dvd if I'm completely pooped. Its up to you and how much your willing to give :) Just stick to it the best you can!
