Hi this is my second time of using the app. First time a few years ago I lost 1 & half stone but fell by the way side after an operation. Have been using Fitbit for a while but was recommended coming back to fitnesspal by my gym instructor. Only been here a few days but feeling much more positive, counting the calories appears to be easier on here. Hoping to lose quite a few stone so any hints & tips would be very much appreciated.

Get a nice group of friends for support and banter.
Other than that, keep using trainer, Fitbit and mfp to get the end-goal0 -
@taylortaz62 Welcome!
It is not easy but you can do it!
I just started yesterday a motivation challenge focusing on a healthy lifestyle and enjoying life. I would love to have you join. It does not matter how much weight you have to lose. The key is to set short goal that motivate you and keep you going until you achieve your final weight goal, 10 lbs at a time.
I don’t know how to share the link.
This is the name- it is under the Challenge groups.
Lose 10 lbs by April 15th, 2024- focusing on a healthy lifestyle and enjoying life!
We will extend the challenge after 4/15
