    We all need someone to keep us accountable and to nag us to get the job done! I've started walking in my basement for 20 - 30 minutes and I've been trying to go up and down my stairs 10 times before leaving for work as well.

    I tried to form a group. Although kept little bit strict rules, but that means accountability and to push oneself; isn’t it?
    And no one responded in 24 hrs for accountability so I shut down 😊
    So am doing it anyway. With or without others. 👍
