Alrighty ladies so here is our offical group where we can post:
what day we are on, how we feel, advice, questions, measurement and pound updates etc!!! Most of us are on day 2 or 3 so lets keep this motivation up!!

I feel you. I was doing good for about a week, but I haven't done it since last thursday! Not acceptable. I am starting tonight as well.0 -
I just did my first day of this, could I join too? I think I love Jillian, but I also kind of hate her too. :laugh: I do have a ? though, what type of exercise are you all using to log it in?0

I just did day 2 L1 this morning! woo hoo. My shoulders are already killing me! I'm logging it as Circuit Training. Also, I'm probably going to take 1 day off a week, probably Sunday.0

I'm logging it as 20 minutes of circuit training as well. I completed Day 2 (level one) last night. I have never sweated that much after a 20 minute workout LOL. I really pushed myself. I want noticeable results

Today will be day 10 of level 1. I start level 2 tomorrow. I will weigh and measure on Sunday which is the halfway mark. Q0

I did Day 2 of Level 1 last night and I am SORE!!! Seriously, it hurts to squat down to use the bathroom lol. This is after not having done much more for exercise other than taking a short walk and/or taking the stairs at work (I work on the 10th floor so it's a bit hard) for the last several months. I just had my baby girl in May so my activity level greatly decreased with having her to keep me busy.
I am determined to see results this time. I did the 30 day shred last June/July (2010) to get ready for my August wedding and although I never made it past Level 2, I saw serious results. I didn't take pictures then unfortunately, but I know it worked. My arms were toned, my stomach was flat(ish) and my butt looked great.
I took pictures on Sunday night so I plan to share my stats and before & after pics when the 30 days is up.

Hey Everyone!
I would like to join the group also. I plan on starting Oct 1st. I bought the 30 day shred dvd & work out pack and also the six week six pack dvd. I figured I can do them one after the other and so on. I hit a plateau so I need something to change up my routine. Does anyone have any suggestions for me before I start. Thanks0 -
I started last night L1. I got it in the mail yesterday and started it last night before Biggest Loser came on. Why does it seem like that is the longest 23 minutes ever, omg. My butt is sore too. I am hoping to get through 30 days. I have never done 30 days of any one dvd daily, outside of other workouts at the gym, etc. This is going to be interesting....I took a before picture...but forgot to do measurements, but I think my prior measurements from a couple weeks ago still stand, so I will just use those! Day 2 starts tonight,,,ugh debating on whether or not I am going to take a Zumba class too, not sure yet, especially since its Day two of TOM :-/0

I can't find my darn measuring tape, so my before/after measurements may be a bit off whenever I find it or get a new one.
But L1D2 was completed earlier today. I am PUMPED. Today, despite the soreness, I felt like a beast powering through the work out. Let's all kick butt ladies :bigsmile:0 -

I did Day 2 on Level 1, leg muscles were sore and arms just a lil bit. I admit that i did call her a few choice names at the end but glad that i stuck with it.....looking forward to how defined and pleased i will be in 30....baught a calendar yesterday so i mark off the days as i do them, so i can keep myself on track. Good luck to all and i am anxious to hear how everyone is doing. I also incorporate an 80 min dance workout 2-3 times a week, and i walk 1.5 miles 5 days a week and i am hoping and praying for sum good results!!0

Day 2 Level 1 for me too...just finished about 30 minutes ago...and boy do my calves, thighs, butt and shoulders hurt. I did feel some energy kick in today more so than yesterday...Wow you guys...we really have to work through this soreness... That calendar idea is a good one. I have a calendar in my bathroom I will mark 2 days off. I also go to the gym 3 days a week and walk 1.5 mile straight up hill Sunday morning with one of my Saturday gym partners...looking forward to the results. I heard you should notice after just one week...??0

Did L1 day 3 tonight. Sore, but loving it. I am aware of all my muscles now! I noticed the workout was just a little bit easier tonight too. Keep it up ladies!! We are rocking this!0
