Is this ok?

13 lb weight loss in 6 weeks..is this normal or too little?

    Pretty fast, but it depends on so many things.
    But you know that. You've asked this question before and it's been answered many times. If you can stick to it you should lose what you still need to lose of your previous 60 pound goal pretty quickly. If you find you can't stick to it because you've cut your calories too much, it may take longer.

    Weight loss is not linear, but big swings caused by cutting calories too much, then regaining, then starting again just makes the whole process take longer. You're losing just a little more than 2 pounds a week. Consider adding 250 calories a day for a goal of 1.5 pounds a week. You may find you don't feel so deprived and you may be able to stick with it longer.

    Many of us are jealous of that! I usually lose a little over a pound a week.
