Everyday I seem to go over my protein allowance. How bad is this for me?

not bad at all. protein is great while dieting as you will retain more muscle eating a higher protein diet while in a caloric deficit, and it helps keep you full longer.
MFP defaults to 15% of cals from protein. A balanced diet can consist of up to 30% protein (double MFP's number) and many people on the site go even higher.
You can change your % by going to goals, change goals, custom.0 -
I usually go over but I don't think to much of it.0

Not bad at all!
It will also give you better skin!0 -
As long as it's not a "protein only" diet like that Atkins fad, you are good to go. As long as you are getting good carbs and the right fats, more protein will help with weight loss. Keep in mind you might put on or retain a little more muscle, so look for NSVs instead of SVs.0

It's great to go over! I would go into my goals and change the settings to be 30% carbs, 40% protein and 30% fat. Then it won't be quite as bad as far as going over. the automatic setting sets protein quite low.0
