First day of Fitness Pal for several years! Feeling a bit lost but excited to be making a positive start to what for me is likely to be a long journey. I need to lose a lot of weight!! 😀

Hi! I wish you success on your journey to your goals. I too have just returned to MFP after a few years away. My current goals are:
1) to log my food every day
2) Focus on reducing carbs
