Not losing weight

I have lost a stone in my first 3 weeks but now I am stuck at 11 stone and been there for a week, haven't lost a pound, I need help because its really frustrating me, I aren't cheating, I aren't having over my calories in fact some days I have less calories, I know I need to start doing a workout or something, will that work do you think??? I was diagnosed with an overactive thyroid in January this year which was great because I didn't put any weight on and could eat whatever but I am tablets now for it so I don't know if that is affecting it. Any advice would be grateful 🙏

    Weight loss is not linear. There will be weeks you lose more, weeks you lose less and weeks you don't lose at all. Especially with females, the normal hormonal weigh fluctuations will cause the scale to bounce around throughout the month.

    A one week stall is perfectly normal. If you stall for more than 4 weeks, that's when you can start wondering if you need to change something.
