Hi My name is Tammy and I am here not to lose weight but for the support of my family and close friends. This has also helped me to get back into the gym and eat healthier. This is a life style change for our whole family. I am here for any support and encourgement.

    I just started with the app. It's awesome. This site is awesome. The support is out of this world. Good luck. I'm working on loosing 45 pounds.. (fingers crossed, I hope it sticks this time)
