My intro

Hi, I’m looking for a community of folks focused not just on weight loss but strength, lean muscle mass and a healthy body fat percentage. I’m working with a trainer and getting a Dexa body scan every month to track progress. I’m about 30 lbs overweight with a 36% body fat percentage as of last month’s scan. Is anyone else focusing on body fat percentage and macros to also drive weight loss?

    Yes! I am currently training for a bodybuilding competition and it's all about my fat percentage and macros!

    Yes, I started two months ago. However, it didn't go well due to me becoming ill mid way, so I'll be restarting again on Monday.
