New me vs Old me

I have just a few lbs to lose. My highest weight 320 lbs current 160ish goal 150. I do intermittent fasting on a 17 hour fast and a 7 hour eating schedule. jjmcqm028p7n.png

  • How long did this take you? Did you follow an exercise program? 17/7 worked well? what was your eating window (time). Great job, by the way. That last 10 pounds is always the hardest... Good Luck!
