I finally got a before/after pic!!

This is nothing special, but I wanted to share with you my journey....My before picture was taken six weeks after I had my son....I gained ALOT of weight....2 years later (in my after pic)) I ran my first 8k....I've put on seven pounds since the 8k due some stress eating, but its coming off now...I want to look exactly like that pic!

I haven't ran in over a month...I have a foot injury right now, they're thinking its plantar faciitis...Its awful..I miss running....I can help you with running techniques though...I had never ran before in my life and I trained for 8 k in 3 months!0 -

This gives me hope!! I had my son eight weeks ago, and I also gained a LOT of weight. I've already lost over half of it, but I was very fit before getting pregnant. This proves to me that there is a light at the end of the tunnel I'd like to add you as a friend for encouragement if that's okay. 0
