Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal with only 170 calories

So with fall setting in I love all things pumpkin. I was looking through my cupboard and wanted something "fall like" to eat so I came up with this:

Quaker Oats quick oats 1/2 cup uncooked
Brown sugar 2 tbs
Vanilla 1tsp
Ground Cinnamon 1tsp
Pumpkin Pie Spice 1/4tsp

To prepare:
I'm a college student so I like things quickly. I cooked my oatmeal in the microwave according to the directions on the box(stovetop would probably taste better but I had a test in an hour). Add in the brown sugar, vanilla, ground cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Give it a good mix and ta da! Pumpkin pie oatmeal :)


I think next time instead of using vanilla flavoring I'm going to try adding some vanilla protein powder to get a little extra kick for my day.
