Im new to this community.

Hi to everyone! My goal is lose weight and gain muscle. I started my journey in the beginning of the year 2024. So far it’s been great and I have lose 27 lbs in 10 weeks.

    Where do I begin ? Need to lose 15 kg at least and scales hovering over same weight for 12 months .

    In my opinion, stay hydrated and consume less calories. Exercise 3-5 times per week and focus 3 points: Daily steps goals, cardio, strength training.
