After several years of trying to right my body fat percentage and get off being stuck at not being able to drop below 220 with exercise only, I finally broke down and stated using the myfitness app to track cal macros to try to make better progress. Well it’s working, started a few weeks ago at 228 and I’m almost ready to drop below the 220 mark towards my goal of a leaner 205. Lifting Weight and walking alone got me from 247 to 228ish, but being stuck there for a few years wasn’t good enough. Tracking Cals is working towards that next goal as well as creating better eating habits…so far!

    Absolutely - the body is made in the kitchen, really! I'm so stoked that you're making progress - that's amazing!
