I just started my journey a month ago with my medical weight loss program. I plan to have weight loss surgery in 6 months or when my insurance approves it. My fitness pal had been a tremendous help in logging what I eat and being accountable. I love the easy recipes it has as well. I would love hearing from other people’s journeys.
