Atomdraco. I'm not sure I have access to frog legs or snake....from what source could I procure these proteins? :)

I dont know where you live but - frog legs could be available at a local ethnic shop... Consider also calling any of your local finer restaurants that serve this - they can give you a heads up on where you can purchase exotic items...

You havent lived until you have had a fresh bison burger, or moose-tips in bourbon sauce..... Quail is a great bird to feast on!

    Most of the usual suspects,
    Beef
    Chicken
Lamb & Pork (not so much though)

Been a long time since I've had Bison & Venison. Neither is easy to get in Australia.

I am loving Kangaroo currently though!

I would LOVE to try Kangaroo - but here in New Hampshire, USA - we have one place that sells it and its over US$30.00 per pound! Not worth it! LOL!

Yeah Roo is good, but not that good! It's starting to become more mainstream in Aus which is good, a lot easier to get.

I pretty much eat filet or salmon for dinner every night. Still love both.
