Hi I'm new here and been trying to gain weight so I started a new route and using app to keep up with count

Same here....Started app six days ago with a 3500 callorie per day goal...weighed in on day 3 with 1 lb gain. Shooting for 2 lbs per week. I am an ectomorph and have a very hard time gaining weight.1

Samesies! I started 10 days ago on a 1850 caloric intake and gained only 1lb… I have no idea what body type I am but whatever a 12 year old Swedish boy is my type? Lol sadly I’m a girl.1

I’m in! Lost lots of weight and menopausal, so now I have to build muscle.20+ yrs ago I used to be an amateur body builder. Not new to the app but new to the Routines feature. Any tips? I would love to track my lifting via MFP.0
