Gout and Carnivore

Options
Hi!

I have been suffering with gout for 17 years.

I have found going completely against conventional wisdom, following a carnivore diet, has put gout into remission.

Anyone else following Keto or carnivore?

My BP has regulated since starting carnivore… I feel great. Lost 10lbs slowly but I feel like I’ve gained muscle which is a good thing

I eat more ketovore lately, but switched to Keto in late April last year. It was the best decision I have ever made in terms of eating. I fully realize it doesn't fit with everyone, but the overall benefits beyond weight loss such as normalizing my blood sugar (HbA1C), reducing joint pain, removing brain fog, tooth sensitivity almost completely gone, blood pressure normal and off all but one med (that within only several weeks), more energy, less cravings, emotionally much more level, and likely more that I am forgetting right now, make me not want to ever stop eating this way. At the moment I am more carnivore than keto eating mainly meat, but I have no issue eating low carb veg as long as I keep my carbs below 20 or 30.
