I've been slacking a bit lately and am in search of some much needed inspiration, so I was browsing old pictures of me. YUCK. There are plenty way worse then the one I am posting, however I thought this one was particularly interesting. Two weddings, same dress. The BEFORE is about 5 pounds shy of my heaviest. The 'during' pic is two weeks ago. Both at weddings. I was able to enjoy myself much much more as the lighter me.

Hope this inspires not only me but others.

    Can see a big difference around your face! You look so much healthier - I hope you can enjoy and celebrate your progress!

    I've got a wedding to go in in a month or so and I'm looking forward to finding a dress that shows off my modest weight loss (should be around 5kg or 10 pounds by then, all going well...).

    PS- you look pretty with a bit of colour to lighten the black too. :)
