And don't let the name fool you - even though BLC is also know as Biggest Loser Challenge we are NOT the TV. Just a friendly competition, with everyone working together to reach our goals.

    I love BLC ! It can be a pain to get signed up just because MFP is not as user friendly was Sparkpeople was but it is fun. There is always some one ready to help you get signed up and help with challenge questions. I do better with my health habits when i know I am working with a group doing the same types of tasks every week. Bingo is fun. Thay have so many different challenges and if you are an older, slower person as I am, you go at your ace and do what you can. It only benefits you and it helps your team get points. I am on the spark sisters group and I do not do the TNT challenges yet which is usually extra exercises but It is not required. We ask you check in daily even if only a "hi" emoticon just so we know you are alive and hopefully improving your health. Come check us out. I look forward to meeting new people.
