Supplements

Keeping within the suggested 1200 calorie per day is hard enough but I’ve been very successful. Now I’ve added supplements like mct oil, fiber, hempseed, collagen totaling over well over 200 calories. That leaves me with less than 1000 to actually eat. Let’s just say I’m pretty starving when I hit 1200 by the end of the day. Any suggestions?

How did you get 1200 calories suggested? Are you perhaps trying too big of a deficit?

What benefit do you get from the supplements? Are they worth the 200 calories? If so - you'll have to figure out somewhere else to cut from your diet, and ideally make sure all the food you eat is nutritious and filling. You might need to experiment with what macros work best for YOU.

Stop taking the supplements and eat food instead! Mostly supplements are supplements for someone's wallet is my understanding.
